Hi 👋 I’m Elfina Luk, a professional actor and producer with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. You might recognize me from “The Good Doctor” with Freddie Highmore or the Hollywood Blockbuster “Skyscraper” with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

I am also a mentor → helping artists, creators, coaches, and professionals show up with confidence and clarity, on camera and in life.

I know what it’s like to feel blocked by perfectionism, self-doubt, or fear of being seen. That used to be me, until I learned how to stop performing and start connecting. I realigned with my message, let go of overthinking, and finally showed up as myself.

Now I help others do the same.

With a background in both professional performance and subconscious healing, I offer a unique blend of mindset, voice, presence, and practical tools to support your entire journey from message clarity, scripting & delivery, to filming, lighting, editing and publishing with a strong automated backend system to support it.

Just had a zoom call with Elfina and it was so much more than I ever expected! She has a lovely voice and a deep understanding of the chakras and how all things align in the world of meditation and inner healing. In those two hours with Elfina, something shifted. I started becoming conscious again. I began to feel joy and even discovered a safe space within myself. Now, whenever life feels dark and cold, I know exactly where to go, a place l've always admired but somehow overlooked. It sounds unbelievable, but it's real. It was amazing the way @Elfina Luk was able to steer me towards more clarity and next steps! I showed up to the Q&A and didn't really have any questions, but figured maybe I could at least learn from other's questions and possibly trigger my own? However, Elfina was so helpful getting me to dig deeper and put into words (and some actions that feel doable!) that fit with my big picture and my "almost zero" video experience Thank you @Elfina Luk And she was so kind and encouraging too, and somehow managed to change my dread, doubt and fogginess into fresh desire, doable first steps, and belief that maybe I can actually get this "video stuff" off the ground!

When I reached out to Elfina, I felt vulnerable and discouraged. I shared my struggles, thoughts, and emotions, and honestly, I felt like a lost case. I thought she might just share a small piece of advice. But instead of giving me a quick tip or trick, she met me with depth and genuine presence. Through her thoughtful questions, it felt as if she could already see the deeper truth behind what l was saying. She gently guided me to discover my own truth - not just about being in front of the camera, but about something much deeper: my sense of worth as a person.
